With an ultra-fine needle, Botox is injected into certain muscles responsible for making facial expressions. By relaxing these specific muscles, the wrinkle and lines they cause disappear. You’ll still be able to smile, laugh and be expressive but your skin will be smoother and your wrinkles drastically reduced. So when you think of Botox, think crow’s feet, forehead lines and angry looking creases between your eyebrows. Honestly, we love it.
There are many physicians’ offices that are injecting Botox and Dysport. Why come to us?

Pricing that makes sense- Botox and Dysport are both distributed in a powder form intended to be mixed by the person doing the injections. Because it is expensive, variations in price can be attributed to different dilutions or the actual amounts injected. Many patients have told us they were disappointed in wrinkle-relaxing injections that were not done in our office. That’s why we will provide a courtesy follow up visit to ensure you get the results you want.
Botox is a therapeutic muscle-relaxing agent obtained from a bacterium called Clostridium Botulinum. For more than a decade, ophthalmologists have used Botox to treat blepharospasm (abnormal blinking of the eyelids). Doctors have also used Botox for many years to safely reduce the appearance of frown lines and facial wrinkles.
The movements and contractions of facial muscles are controlled by signals from our brain. Botox keeps the muscles from responding to the signals. Consequently, the muscles relax, and the skin remains smooth and unwrinkled. Botox is injected into the specific muscle that is causing facial lines and wrinkles using a very fine needle. Treatment is effective, safe and quick. It takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes. Pain is similar to a pin prick. No anesthetic is necessary. After treatment, patients can immediately resume their normal activities.
