Many clients may successfully utilize an FSA or HSA card to make payment. We do not guarantee that it will run successfully, but we are certainly willing to try on your behalf and provide you any necessary documentation you may need to submit to your insurance coverage for using it.

No. Many of our treatments require an initial consultation, and we want to make sure to schedule a time that works for both you and our providers. That way, we can take the time we need to get to know you and your goals for your health.
Yes. To respect your time and the time of our providers, we have policies for cancellations and for late arrivals. Check out our policies page to see more details.
Yes! We are open until 8 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and we’re open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
We ask that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointment. That way, you have enough time to fill out our forms and paperwork.
You can find the right treatments for you by taking advantage of our complimentary consultations with our Xanadu providers. We’ll also use that time to create a personalized treatment plan to help you accomplish your health goals.

Yes! You will need to schedule an appointment for them if they are looking to have one of our services, but if you are bringing a friend for moral support, we will accommodate them as well.
